We only offer payments through the methods available during checkout which include debit, credit, PayPal and Cash App (Stones2MySoul) were you find my information to cash out. 

Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, shared, or given out under any circumstances. We respect your privacy. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping at this time. We hope to offer Worldwide shipping soon. 

We take pride in our work and a quick turn around time. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days upon order processing. All pieces are handmade and carefully examined before being shipped out. 

We understand that sometimes an order needs to include certain adjustments and/or details and we try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that request(s) made will be shipped with your order if they are requested once an order has been processed and/or shipped. Please be sure to include any options, special requests and/or measurements with your order by utilizing the "notes to seller" field during checkout. 

RETURN POLICY: No returns will be honored past seven (7) days upon delivery. All returns must be well packed and in original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.  Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with the tag still attached. 

If your item needs to be adjusted (too big/small), please contact us first through the website for assistance. You will be responsible for return shipping for adjustments to be made. Please be sure to include any options, special requests and/or measurements with your order by utilizing the "notes to seller" field during checkout.
